Jalapeno Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup green onions -- chopped
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno slices -- drained
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. and heat 24 mini-muffin cups until hot.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender at medium speed about 30-45 seconds.
- Spray hot muffin cups and fill immediately 2/3 full.
- Bake about 10 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
