Crabmeat Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, rinsed, drained, flaked
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (9 inch) piecrust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Combine eggs and sour cream in bowl. Blend in crabmeat and cheese and add a little garlic salt and pepper.
- Pour into piecrust
- Bake for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
