Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Makes 1 1/2 cups (375 mL)

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces (115 g) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) minced garlic
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Mash cheese to a paste. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate. This tastes best if allowed to sit overnight to blend the flavours.
