Antipasto Salad Recipe

  • 1 large box macaroni shells -- cooked
  • 1/2 pound salami
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 jar green olives
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1/2 pound Provolone cheese

DRESSING:

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper

Chop up all ingredients and mix in large bowl.  Mix dressing ingredients and toss into salad.  Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
