Antipasto Salad Recipe
- 1 large box macaroni shells -- cooked
- 1/2 pound salami
- 1/2 pound pepperoni
- 2 green peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 sticks celery
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 jar green olives
- 1 can black olives
- 1/2 pound Provolone cheese
DRESSING:
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
Chop up all ingredients and mix in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and toss into salad. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
