- 1 cup carrots -- shredded
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery -- chopped
- 1/4 cup onion -- chopped
- 1 cup shrimp -- drained
Let all combined stand in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Before serving add 1 can of chow mein noodles.
