Shrimp Salad Recipe

  • 1 cup carrots -- shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery -- chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion -- chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp -- drained

Let all combined stand in refrigerator at least 3 hours.  Before serving add 1 can of chow mein noodles.
