Brazilian BBQ Sauce Recipe
- 3 c red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c crushed red chiles
- 1 c onion
- 2 t parsley
- 2 t garlic
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried marjoram
- 1 t rosemary
- 1 t dried thyme
combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for up to 4 weeks use as a basting or dipping sauce
