Brazilian BBQ Sauce Recipe

  • 3 c  red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c  crushed red chiles
  • 1 c  onion
  • 2 t  parsley
  • 2 t  garlic
  • 1 t  sugar
  • 1 t  kosher salt
  • 1 t  dried basil
  • 1 t  dried marjoram
  • 1 t  rosemary
  • 1 t  dried thyme

combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for up to 4 weeks use as a basting or dipping sauce
