Thai BBQ Marinade Recipe
- 3 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice wine (or sherry if you can't find it)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoon honey
Mix in a food processor or with a whisk, coat meat, leave to marinade overnight (or at least 6 hours). Barbeque, broil or grill to taste.
